Herman is a humble young man with a lot of passion for learning. He attained a course on tourism management. He started as a site guide in one of the most extensive rainforests of Uganda, where he practised all the birds by calls for several years. He has done a lot of research as a research assistant in the Mabira forest with different researchers; he has a zeal for continuously learning, so he has moved from being a site to a safari guide. He is knowledgeable about birds, botany, wildlife and butterflies. He has been inspired by Crammy, who always advised and encouraged him to work hard. He has been trained, and he is a member of the Uganda Safari Guides Association (USAGA)
